We decided to halt business expansion and concentrate on existing projects. Like always, we endeavored to deliver on time and live up to our promise. Umang's Board of Directors is jointly represented by nominated officials from both Indus and Uppal's thus ensuring international standard corporate governance, operational synergies and broad financial skill sets.
